it says in the league rules that the salary cap follows the NHL's salary cap so whatever the NHL goes with, this league goes with. The salary cap is expected to go up next season, not by a lot though.

Once training camp starts Havlat is expected to be on LTIR. Ward on IR now.
Need to clear 3M in the mean time.

Keep in mind that the salaries posted on Fantrax are currently for season 2012/13. Any new contracts on the books nor any expired contracts are not reflected in these numbers. They will not be updated until later in the off-season when Fantrax has more current information. Also remember that this league uses Cap Hits and not specifically player salaries. I recommend keeping a spreadsheet on your own players somewhere and verifying the accuracy with Capgeek.com

Follows the NHL Salary Cap. That is normally announced right after the end of the regular season.

yea I updated roster with cap. I still have 3+M in cap space due to Ward's 6,3M IR eligibility. I should be under by 2+M at training camp too since Havlat is no where near returning and expected to be LTIR'd

Fantrax has updated the salary cap now and I see some salaries are updated for the upcoming season such as my Ron scuderi @$3.4 million but my goalie backstrom is still @ $6 million but he should be at $3.8 million or so. They are catching up but it takes rhem awhile.
