To be honest, my post was only in relation to playoff settings where we're subject to incredibly small sample sizes and therefore nex to no ability to predict the more random hockey events such as SHP. Ah, sorry, misunderstood.

Congrats to TB for a hard matchup in round # 2....Lehner saved your bacon! Good luck in Round #3 and beyond to you and the other teams Jets, Oilers and Jackets! Depth killed me! Next year I hope to be more prepared!

Lehner certainly provided an unexpected boost. It was a great matchup Burnsy! You did quite well despite the Sedins and Tavares only going 1 round. Should be better for you next year.
Round 3: I play another Southeast (what's it going to be next year?) rival in Winnipeg. The matchup is Toews, Clifford, Dwight King, Seabrook, and Leddy vs Bergeron, Iginla, and Jagr.
On paper, I think I have a slight edge due to having Dmen and a couple of hitters. I expect to win hits and blocks. Toews vs Bergeron in FO% will be interesting as they are two of the best. Everything else should be close. I'm sure a lot depends on how long the series last as I have all Western Conf players and WPG has all Eastern Conf players. If one series goes 7 and one goes 5, that may very well decide the winner.
Good luck!
Fantrax isn't working for me or I'd preview the CBJ vs EDM Western Conference Final. At least whoever comes out of the East will have players in the finals. (I'd have 3 blackhawks or 2 kings and WPG would have 2 Bruins or 1 Penguin).
